国家と私

人から借金をして、寄付をしている人がいます。

その人の家計は火の車です。

その家の経済状況は悲惨です。家族がたまりません。

今の日本経済もそうだと言えそうです。

国家の財政事情は大赤字であるのに、ＯＤＡなどで多額の金額を他国に援助しています。日本からの国連への資金援助も多額です。　

行政改革・民営化推進での国家予算の縮小は抵抗勢力にあって思うにまかせません。

選挙で選んだ代議士での立法・行政でそうなっているのですから、すべては国民の総意の責任です。

有識者は『このままでは遠からず、少子・高齢化によって、年金・社会保険、社会福祉等は破綻しかねない』と言っています。　

それを高額な消費税でまかなえるものでもないでしょう。

消費税の高率アップが国民の総意で実現するとは限らないのです。

解決策の一つとして、インフレ策でもデフレ策でも国民全体の経済状態に与える影響は大きいのです。このままでは八方ふさがりの日本経済。

国民の総意による選挙結果での国家破綻。そういう皮肉なことが起きないとは言えないのです。

では，一体どうすれば良いのでしょうか？

各種犯罪は凶悪化し、世界的なテロ行為は蔓延しています。

自業自得の世界ですから、自力救済する他はないのです。

天は自ら助けるものを助ける。

年金も保険もあてにしない。

創意工夫・勤勉努力によって、資産収入を増やし、自らを自衛し、その上で他の人の救済におもむく。

そのようなことを実践しなくてはならないのです。

（年齢・性別は関係ないのです。出来る人はやればよいのです。）

ケネディ大統領の言うごとく、次の決心が必要です。

国家が自分に何をしてくれるかを期待するのではなく、自分が国家・国民に何を出来るかを考えようではないか。

My fellow citizens of the world: Ask not what your country can do for you ---ask what you can do for you country.

アメリカが何をしてくれるかを期待するのではなく、諸国民とともに自分が人類の自由のために何を出来るかを考えようではないか。

My fellow citizens of the world: 　Ask not what America will do for you,

but　what together we can do for the freedom of man.

実にこれはアメリカ国民のみに言った発言ではなく、現在の日本人に言ってくれた言葉と受けとめるべきです。

現在の日本人こそ、この言葉を噛み締め、実践しなくてはならないと考えます。

私は、自力救済し、他を頼らず、世界に何を出来るかを考えなくてはなりません。

私はその証として、年の初めに日本赤十字社にインド洋大津波被害への義援金として、応分の寄付をさせていただいたのでした。

The well informed person is saying " that the pension and the social insurance, the social welfare and so on can not fail with the declining birthrate and the aging before long about just as it is ".

Actually, this is not the remark to have said only to the America people and should stop with the word to have said to the present Japanese.

It thinks that the present Japanese chew this word well and that they must practice it.

I relieve me, don't depend on the others and must think of what it is possible to do to the world.

As the certificate, at the beginning of the year, it made a contribution to the Indian Ocean Otsu wave damage and I did appropriate contribution to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
